Later, Ashley was a founding partner at Bowler, Knox, & Seegers, a West Coast search firm that specialized in staffing middle and upper management professionals in the areas of accounting and finance. In 1994, Ashley created the firm of Ashley Bowler & Associates, a company devoted to finding top tier talent in tax, accounting, finance, and other areas, with a primary focus on middle and upper management.
